Vehicle vs Train

At approximately 4am, Good Will units along with New Castle County Paramedics and New Castle City Police Department were alerted to Delaware Street at the 8th Street Railroad Crossing. The in station crews responded with the Ambulance and Squad. Upon arrival, the crews found a vehicle off the roadway that reportedly struck a train. The patient was transported to the local trauma center to trauma team evaluation due to the mechanism of injury. The roadway was closed while units operated.
